Dumika Construction Limited is a joint venture of three experienced companies engaged in international development and construction and in international financing: A.S. Afik Ltd.; I.S.E Consulting & Directing Ltd.; Outdoor Company Ltd. A.S. Afik, I.S.E. and Outdoor is a successful combination of a leading international construction company with the financial backing of a well-established Israeli publicly-held company.

A.S. Afik is an international development and construction company operating in Israel, Turkey and Cyprus. The company has identified a need in the emerging Turkish and Cyprian real estate markets, and is currently focusing on expanding its development and construction activities in these markets which present an excellent opportunity for rapid growth.

Mr. Shimon Aykout, CEO of A.S. Afik, is a civil practical engineer and has a track record of 30 years in the construction industry. Mr. Aykout has led construction projects on the Ivory Coast and Mali. Among many other projects, he led the construction of the world famous Abidjan Cathedral in Abidjan.

The company uses Turkish laborers for building thousands of housing units in Israel, Turkey and Cyprus. It leverages its vast experience for promoting and constructing dozens of projects which earned a reputation for reliability and high quality construction. A.S Afik profile & projects.

I.S.E Consulting & Directing Ltd.
I.S.E. is a public company listed for trade on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange since 1994. I.S.E. is the holding company of Technologies Group, the largest group in Israel providing technological information to the local hi-tech community which comprises 3,000 companies, with a total annual turnover of approx. $15 billion. Now with four independent, yet complimentary activities, the Technologies Group is today the largest group in Israel providing this highly valuable information, connecting global manufacturers, their local marketers and engineers in the Israeli electronics industry.

Outdoor Company Ltd.

• Outdoor Company was established in North Cyprus by Durmus Ali Kilinc, a North Cyprus
• citizen. Outdoor Company specializes in identifying attractive opportunities in the local real estate market
• Outdoor Company also provides constructions services for other developers as well.
• Outdoor Company is presently involved in two more projects with over 50 villas in Tatlisu Kalami and Iskele Kuyuluduz.
